 Where do you ship?

We ship to the United States only.

How long does an order take to arrive? 

Standard shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days during the regular season. In December and June, shipping times may take longer. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Processing Times are 7-10 business days for custom work.

What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. If the order can’t be rerouted to you within 24 hours, we’ll refund the shipping charges.

Returns

What items are eligible for return?

Unfortunately our items are not eligible for return since they are custom made to order. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase you can contact us here and we will fix or exchange the product.

I received an item as a gift? Can I return it?

No, since our products are custom and made to order we cannot take returns.
